There is a $30.00 charge for an initial thirty minute consultation with an attorney, who will discuss your situation with you and attempt to clarify any legal issues which you may be facing.  This $30.00 fee must be paid before the consultation. For Immigration issues, there is a $100.00 consultation fee.

If the attorney determines that the Law Center may be able to assist you, then the attorney will set a fee for representation.  The fees assessed by the Law Center are based on a sliding scale, with your individual rate being based on a number of factors, including your gross annual household income and the number of people in your household.  Depending on the type of services needed, the rate assessed will generally be either an hourly rate or a flat fee.
